Low-carb cloud bread

Cloudbread (also called oopsie bread) is another excellent low-carb bread option. The "large" is versatile without carbs and can be eaten in many ways. You can have it as a sandwich or as a hot dog. Oopsilicious! Oopsilicious! Oopsilicious! Oopsilicious!

Ingredients :

  • 3 Eggs
  • 4½ oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ tbsp ground psyllium husk powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar (optional)

Instructions :

  1. Cut the caps, egg whites in a pot, and egg yolks in another.
    Whip Egg whites with oil to be very strong. You can turn the bowl around without the Egg whites.
  2. Then the egg yolks and the cream cheese blend together. Add psyllium seed and baked powder to bread-like husk if you prefer.
  3. Place the whites in the yolk mixture of Eggs-try to keep the white egg hot.
  4. Put as many dollops into a paper-lined bakery as portions of the blend. Scatter the spatules in the circles about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick.
  5. Cook on the middle of the oven at 150 degrees C (300 degrees F) for about 25 minutes until golden.
