
Cloudbread (also called oopsie bread) is another excellent low-carb bread option. The "large" is versatile without carbs and can be eaten in many ways. You can have it as a sandwich or as a hot dog. Oopsilicious! Oopsilicious! Oopsilicious! Oopsilicious!

Ingredients :
- 3 Eggs
- 4½ oz. cream cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ tbsp ground psyllium husk powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar (optional)
Instructions :
- Cut the caps, egg whites in a pot, and egg yolks in another.
Whip Egg whites with oil to be very strong. You can turn the bowl around without the Egg whites. - Then the egg yolks and the cream cheese blend together. Add psyllium seed and baked powder to bread-like husk if you prefer.
- Place the whites in the yolk mixture of Eggs-try to keep the white egg hot.
- Put as many dollops into a paper-lined bakery as portions of the blend. Scatter the spatules in the circles about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick.
- Cook on the middle of the oven at 150 degrees C (300 degrees F) for about 25 minutes until golden.
