Ingredients :
Shortbread :
- 2 tablespoons Wholesome allulose granulated
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Caramel :
- 1 cup wholesome allulose granulated
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if desired)
Chocolate :
- 6 ounces sugar-free chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
Instructions :
To Make Shortbread Layer:
- Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F. Stick with the paper pigment onto the 8 to 8 or 9 to 9 saucepan.
In a medium bowl mix the ingredients of the shortbread and pad on the bakery. Release to level out. Bake for 15 minutes until the top of the breakfast turns golden. - To Make Caramel Layer:
- Place heavy cream and allulose in a medium-large casserole over high heat and look closely so that it doesn't bubble until chocolate is thickened and reduced by half. Whisk in coffee in the last minute.
The caramel takes 10-20 minutes, depending on the size (width) and heat of your pot. For 10-15 minutes chill then prepared for a short breast.
To Make Chocolate Layer:
- Melt chocolate smoothly in a microwave cup 30 seconds. Add butter to the chocolate and melt the chocolate until it is smooth. Verse in caramel cooled layer. Shake the pan gently next to each other so that it can be propagated.
- Cold or solid 2-3 hours. Cut the remaining slices up to 2 weeks into a cooled airtight jar and stack in 16 bits.

Note: Apply 1⁄2 cup of powdered sweetener to the chocolate layer in addition to the heavy cream to use unsweetened cocoa.
