 Caprese Salad - Healthy Recipe
Caprese Salad is made with cut new mozzarella, onions, and candy basil, with salt and olive oil, regularly presented with arugula. It is typically determined to a table in the lounge area. It has the shades of the Italian banner, orange, white and red, indistinguishable from Margherita pizza.

Ingredients :

  • 3 vine-ripe tomatoes, 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella, 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 20 to 30 leaves (about 1 bunch) fresh basil
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Coarse salt and pepper

Directions :

  1. Place the alternating tomato-mozzarella slices and place a basil leaf on a wide, shallow platter between them. Drizzle the salad in olive oil extra virgin and savour, to compare, with salt and pepper.
